When I get the urge for Filipino food, this is the spot. The combo plates are all good. Adobo, dinaguan, bbq pork. Pancit is traditional as is the lumpia. The only knock I have is over the years, they put less and less meat in their lumpia. We order big batches for parties and we have noticed that over the last few years. I would prefer they raise their prices if that is the cause, instead of using less meat. It chamges the lumpia. But it is still good.

If your looking to grab food quick to-go, this is not the place to go. We stopped by here yesterday to grab some food for dinner thinking this is cafeteria style. This place is take out only. Most of the customers who came inside were picking up orders but they do have a few seats inside if you decided place an order and wait. We walked-in to order 4 items and the wait was around 20 - 25 mins. We ordered pancit bihon, palabok, chicken adobo and pinakbet. We didn't order any lumpia despite the name being "Best Lumpia". 5 pieces costs $4.50 and 10 pieces cost $8.50. Pricy for just a few pieces. The only dessert that they had was biko (Filipino sticky rice cake). Overall, food tasted good and service was friendly.

Best Lumpia has been my go-to for delicious Filipino food since my coworker introduced me to it almost ten years ago. Now we live in Sacramento, but when I'm really craving lumpia I always think of Best Lumpia first. I just stopped by this weekend to pick up a bunch to enjoy with friends in the area and then take home to share with some neighbors. I ordered 30 Shanghai Lumpia, 10 Chicken, 10 Beef, pancit and their BBQ pork. From reading some other reviews it looked like there had been some recent changes but all the food still tasted amazing and just how I remembered it. I will say, I was surprised to see the dining area is totally gone now and it seems like they're take out only. I typically ordered takeout so it was fine with me, but I do remember enjoying some great meals here over the years. I love that they offer party trays in different sizes and they're a great option if you're looking to impress friends and serve a bunch of people. The parking lot always has plenty of spots, but if you're visiting for the first time the store front is not visible from the road but in the back corner of the little shopping plaza.
